Purchased new in late 2021, this is a new Coach Backpack. As you can see in the pictures, the factory plastic protectors are still intact. There are no scratches or scuffs, or anything of that nature. This backpack literally sat on a shelf in the closet for over two years without being used. Guaranteed to be authentic as I bought this purse for my Wife from the Coach store. When asked about it recently, She said she loves the style and color, but is just a tad too big for her liking (she’s under 5ft tall). Naturally, I would have preferred for her to tell me within a timeframe in which we could have returned it for a full refund (like $425 or $450, I believe) but nonetheless, here we are.
