DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Please read thoroughly to understand our policies. Please understand that due to a high volume of customer orders, ground shipments could possibly be delayed during the extremely busy time frame of November through December.

General Shipping Information (January - October)

Most packages are shipped from our warehouses across the U.S., where they are processed and ship within approximately three to four business days of the order being placed. Delivery time may be delayed based on: how the product is shipped, if the product is back-ordered, if the order is placed during the holiday season (November-December), or extreme weather conditions.

We cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery for ground shipments.

We ship via UPS, UPS SurePost, USPS First-Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail.

Large items are shipped via freight truck. You will be emailed tracking and carrier information upon shipment.

Order Processing

Business days are Monday through Friday, end at 12 a.m. EST, and exclude all state and federal U.S. holidays.

Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after the shipping deadline and holidays will ship the next available date.

Orders will be processed and shipped up to four business days after payment is received.

Shipping Locations Contiguous USA

Shipping is only valid for addresses in the Contiguous USA (lower 48 States).

In most cases delivery can be about of 7-10 business days or less after processing.

Standard Ground Shipping on most items in the Contiguous USA.

Larger item are shipped via freight delivery.

Orders are shipped out via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Pricetronic GSP (Countries Vary By Product).

Freight by select carries.

Pricetronic GSP offers convenient and fast international shipping to more than 180 countries. GSP provides specialized international package exporting services from its Lexington, KY, facility to your international address.

As an Pricetronic international buyer, you have access to the GSP export-approved product assortment. 

Shipping Policy Exceptions 

Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer.

Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

Requests to Alter Deliveries
We cannot change shipping addresses, schedule a delivery time, give delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date for any package shipped. For packages shipped via UPS:

UPS offers shipping changes to be made through its My Choice program if a package is not already "out for delivery".

USPS offers shipping changes to be made through its Package Intercept program if a package is not already "out for deliver".

For orders shipped via freight:

We will email you delivery instructions, and the freight company will also call to schedule your delivery.

To streamline your delivery process, please provide a current phone number and email address when placing your order.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

If delivery is refused, hindered, or undelivered due to non compliance or no response from the receipient orders will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original and return cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.

Sales & Use Tax

laws Sales & Use Tax will be collected and remitted on your behalf. Wrong Item Received If you received a wrong item contact us via email with photos of  the item, UPC, MPN, and the remaining sides of item received to compare to listing and invoicing. Order Damages If your order is being delivered via freight, inspect the items before signing the Bill of Lading (the driver's receipt of delivery to you). If the Bill of Lading is signed stating the items were received in good condition, we will be unable to accept a return of the items. If you received a damaged item contact us via email with photos of  the pakaging, damage to item, the UPC, the MPN, and the remaining sides of item received. We must be notified within 24 hours upon receipt of any damage or manufacturers defect(s) to the item(s) so we may submit a claim as quickly as possible (FREIGHT ITEMS EXCLUDED).  Failure to notify us will only delay the claim and may cause delays. We will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund if a claim is not filed properly DO NOT repair item(s) without authorization. We WILL NOT accept any item back if it was repaired or alter in any way. We WILL NOT accept any item back if it comes back to us without its original box, packing, documentation., or damaged packaging. Seasonal, Holiday  Décor , Non-Refundable, Closeout, and Clearance Items We do not accept returns for SEASONAL, HOLIDAY DECOR, Non-Refundable, Closeout, Clearance item categories.  Returns

DO NOT return items without an RMA NUMBER and a return address from us.

Any return shipped to a wrong address will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Item must be returned to the address we give you. NOT what Pricetronic or PayPal gives you. Return Center must  receive  your item for proper processing. Approved Returns (by Us, Pricetronic, or PayPal)

All approved returns must include a copy of the original order confirmation, return packing slip, with our RMA paperwork as proof of purchase.

Buyer will

 pay for both our original and return shipping cost to our warehouse.

Returns received at our warehouse without an RA number will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due. Any return shipped to a wrong address will be the responsibility of the buyer. Fraudulent Returns  Return fraud 
is defined as a customer (or buyer, in terms) misusing or taking advantage of a seller’s return policy. By doing so, they are defrauding the seller.

We report every buyer who violates and or abuses buyer and seller protections as well as return policies.

Violators are reported to applicable Marketplace Facilitators and Online Databases

Note: Ebay reports (02 Sep 2022, 21:54) so far in 2022, it had suspended 54,000 buyer accounts that were in breach of Pricetronic policy, and had protected the seller performance ratings of over 60,000 sellers. Order Cancellations
