The Executive Backpack is designed for the shooter who needs to transport his handguns to and from the range without anyone knowing what is in the pack. The Executive has a removable foam cradle this holds five handguns securely inside the pack. This pack features 16 removable Visual I.D. icon patches to place where you want” and to help you store and protect your shooting accessories. Shipping Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business day with standard shipping and tracking number. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded as soon as the item has been shipped. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout as the address cannot be changed after checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Returns DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, damaged, or materially different than what was ordered, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify GlobeTrans within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to qualify for a replacement or a refund. If the consumer does not notify GlobeTrans within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the problem, then it is up to GlobeTrans discretion whether or not a return will be authorized. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number or will be asked to supply a picture of the product and the packaging. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. a refund will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of the returned package. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund. RESTOCKING FEE: For the return of a defective, damaged, or materially different item, GlobeTrans will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer (if applicable), and no restocking fee will be charged. If an item is not defective, the consumer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to GlobeTrans. Please note that Pricetronic may automatically deduct a restocking fee up to 20% from the original order amount. Once a return has been requested, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. Please note that GlobeTrans will only accept returns of items in unused, resalable condition.The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date.
