. About Polaris Delivery Returns Warranty
Welcome to the Official Polaris Pricetronic store. You will find a wide range of genuine Polaris products that are fulfilled by Polaris directly, and our official US Polaris dealer network.
All the products offered in our store are authentic Polaris products backed by a full manufacturer warranty. We also offer a 30-day returns policy if you are not delighted by your purchase.

We offer free shipping on any order through our store, except items which require freight shipping. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery time and require a release signature upon delivery. We charge $40 for shipping on items that require freight shipments. We aim to process your order within 3 business days of receiving the order. We ship anywhere within the US. Generally, orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
To return an item, open a return through your Pricetronic account. We will respond with the return address and an RMA number for you to enclose with the returned product.
Unused products in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of the product. Per Pricetronic policy, items must be shipped back to us within five (5) days of receiving a return shipping label.
Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or has been damaged in transit, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us.
A product is considered defective if one or more of these conditions apply:
(a) has been sent to you incorrectly due to our error;
(b) arrives damaged;
(c) does not conform to its listed product description;
Any damage to the product once it is in your possession does not make the product defective. All items must be free of any cosmetic damage, including from installation.
Items that are deemed to be faulty or incomplete due to customer error will be returned to you and a refund will not be granted.
We will process your refund through PayPal within two (2) business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Our hassle-free warranty is designed to give you total peace of mind when you buy official Polaris products directly from the official Polaris Pricetronic store.
If you have a problem with a product, please contact us and we will try to help (please do not return the item to us without first communicating the warranty-related issues).
Please note that damage to any part due to incorrect installation by yourself, a Dealer or a workshop not authorized by Polaris as well as damage arising due to reasonable wear and tear are not covered by our warranty.
