Once your package has been dropped, it is out of our control to help in locating it or giving you any kind of update that you, yourself cannot see in the system. We wish this were not so, but it is the way the delivery system between countries operates. We cannot be responsible for items held up at customs nor for duties/taxes charged by your country for your item.
We cannot be responsible for items lost/damaged while in transit after shipping nor for manufacturer's defects! We reserve the right to request additional funds other than what is quoted within the auction only when necessary to get your item(s) to your location.
