This is Brand New  - it is an amazing Bag - It is Black - the pictures make it look gray.  I have one too and it has tons of pockets - I carry 2 computers and 2 power packs, books and papers and there is still a lot of room.  There are 2 side pockets - one has a waterproof inside and holes to let out moisture for either an umbrella or a water bottle.  It is Tumi strong - without a lot of weight.  One of the best Tumi bags ever made - ships fast -
