Vintage Early 1970s CANNONDALE CORPORATION PAC 1 BACKPACK for 1-2 days - NO FASTEX, NO Velcro...  Has Very Nice All Leather Bottom & All Metal Hardware & Ski Slots... very good pretty clean lightly used condition - NICE!!!    VERY FEW OF THESE!!! This rare backpack is from the period when Cannondale Corp was trying to get into high end backpacking/camping gear....  PAC 1 was their best!! Specs: all YKK heavy duty metal pull plastic coil zips NO velcro, no fastex all metal hardware It's panel loader w/ a 1/8" ensolite perimeter soft frame w/ alum hold open hangars at the top aluminum stay frame w/ carry handle at the top 2 long zip side pockets & 1 large flat zip pocket on the back full grain leather bottom [really nice!!] 9 leather tie downs. ski slots behind the long side pockets hip belt w/ metal buckle they used modified bike small allen head bolts for the top suspension anchor [last photo] buyer pays shipping
